Registration

THIS NASDAQ DATASTORE INDIVIDUAL USER AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made by and between Nasdaq Technology Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability corporation whose principal offices are located at One Liberty Plaza, 165 Broadway, New York, NY 10006 (“Nasdaq”), and the Subscriber, as identified below. The Agreement is dated as of the date this subscribers's assent is submitted electronically to NASDAQ by typing "I Agree" where noted below. Subscriber’s access to the Service as made available by Nasdaq is more fully defined in, and is governed by, the document noted below, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if set forth in full herein. The means of notifying Subscriber of such new term or condition may include, but not be limited to, emailing such term or condition to Subscriber or posting such alteration on data.nasdaq.com or a successor site.

In addition, Subscriber is responsible for providing NASDAQ’s Agreement Administrator with a name, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address for its Security Administrator(s) per authorized Subscriber location. Subscriber has an affirmative obligation to keep this information contained herein accurate and update by providing NASDAQ with prompt Notice of any changes.
